UK & Ireland Sales manager

UK & Ireland Sales Manager

We are recruiting a UK & Ireland Sales Manager to join our Finchampstead based head office team (hybrid).

The UK & Ireland Sales Manager will be expected to work closely with the Commercial Director and be a key member of the senior team, to develop, implement and execute a sales plan to achieve sustained, profitable growth.

A key aspect of this role will be the ability of the Sales Manager to manage and motivate the sales team by ‘leading from the front’ and being actively involved and engaged with the customer base. The setting of clear and attainable performance targets, supported by a sound, structured sales management system and subsequent performance management of staff is of critical importance.

The person appointed must also ensure the focus on identifying new business opportunities, winning customer proposals and high levels of customer service. They will manage the sales activities of the organisation by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Sales Plans

Collaborate with the Commercial Director to formulate a detailed sales plan encompassing all facets of sales and marketing for the UK & Ireland region. Implement strategies to enhance sales penetration across key markets, prioritise key account management, and pursue new business opportunities.

Profitable Sales Growth
