Pharmagraph successfully hosted a long-awaited Sales Seminar at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel, Windsor. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Thames, in the beautiful May sunshine, the event spanned two days and gave the opportunity for our distributors from across the globe to come together with our UK-based sales and technical staff.

We welcomed delegates from as far afield as El Salvador, South Korea, and China. Given that our last in person event was back in 2019, before the pandemic, it was great to finally get some familiar faces and new partners, together for networking and training face to face

The content for the two days kicked off with a session focusing on compliance and specifically the new Annex 1 revision. We looked at how our distributors can engage with their customers to help them comply with the updated regulation, using Pharmagraph hardware and software as the trusted tools to achieve this.

We then moved on to launch some much-awaited hardware and software products which aim to help our global distributors configure and sell enVigil-FMS more easily across their territories. After a full morning of presentations, we took a break from the meeting room and took part in a competitive treasure hunt across Windsor and Eton. The clues were tricky, and the competition was rife, but each team enjoyed the opportunity to step out and see a bit of the picturesque local area.

Day two of the seminar was more focused on innovation and product development. We discussed varying customer needs and how we can be best placed to provide timely and compliant solutions. One of our most prominent distributors, Shreedhar Instruments, gave a great presentation highlighting best practice, and their tried and tested methods of representing Pharmagraph and our products to the Indian market.

Reflecting on a successful few days of networking and training, Guy Turner, Pharmagraph’s Commercial Director commented:
