Windows 10 Support Ends 14th October 2025

What this means for your monitoring systems
Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 on the 14th October 2025. After this date, no further security updates, bug fixes, or technical assistance will be available. Any Pharmagraph system running Windows 10 will still operate, but it will be increasingly exposed to security risks and may affect regulatory compliance.
How to stay supported
- Upgrade to Windows 11 – For compatible hardware, this is the simplest upgrade path.
- New Hardware with Windows 11 – Pharmagraph can recommend validated systems where upgrades are not possible.
- Extended Security Updates (ESU) – Microsoft’s optional ESU programme may provide temporary cover for business customers until October 2028, but support under this scheme will need to be managed by the system owner in the case of domain-based systems. Pharmagraph can assist in assessing whether ESU is suitable for your environment.

We strongly recommend that you:
- Review your current Pharmagraph installation to identify Windows 10 devices.
- Plan migrations now to avoid compliance or security issues
