Here at Pharmagraph our open culture allows our employees to have a real influence on the successful development of the business. Our people make this a great place to work every day by embracing our core values, having passion for their work, and by being the best at what they do.
In 2021, the shareholding of Acquisition Systems Ltd, the parent company of Pharmagraph, transferred to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This means that the employees are majority owners of the company and are represented on the Trust’s board by three elected employee representatives, an independent external trustee, a current Director, and a former Director.
The current Trustees are Timothy Cureton, Alex White, Andy Marchant, Sue Lawrence and John McCollin. Becoming employee-owned has formalised our long-held belief that the success of the company and its work comes from having a positively engaged team, where each person is invested in where they work and what they do.
