Production Technician
We are recruiting a Production Technician to join our head office team in Finchampstead.
You will provide in-house engineering services to support the assembly, test and dispatch of products for environmental monitoring systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following activities relating to Pharmagraph/ASL environmental monitoring systems:
- Assembly and test of Pharmagraph/ASL hardware products, fulfilling standalone orders or for integration into wider projects.
- Generation of Pharmagraph/ASL software packages.
- Execution of factory acceptance tests.
- Assisting production staff with design drawings and test documentation.
- Assisting production staff with the packing and despatch of outgoing products and receipt of goods in.
- Provide occasional on-site assistance to calibration engineers.
- Provide occasional on-site assistance to project engineers for installation and site acceptance testing
- Any additional task that may arise during normal day-to-day duties, in accordance with company and customer policies and company contractual obligations and/or that are required to fulfil business needs,
Key Skills
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to use hand tools and basic test equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.

Working arrangement
- Working hours flexible with core hours required, working week considered 37.5hrs Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Early finish on a Friday.
- Duties will be carried out at ASL/Pharmagraph offices in Finchampstead, Berkshire.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
