Environmental Sensors

The Pharmagraph Series 2000 and MX5000 I/O systems connect to sensors to accurately measure differential pressure, temperature, humidity and airflow using industry standard 4-20 mA current inputs. Equipment storage facilities are also catered for and temperature accuracies of +/- 0.1°C can be achieved for the monitoring of fridges, freezers and incubators.

Temperature

Temperature is measured using highly stable and accurate Platinum Resistance Thermometers (RTDs).

Relative Humidity

Relative Humidity is measured using industry standard Vaisala Sensors that also include temperature measurement within the same unit.

Differential Pressure

Differential Pressure is measured using CMR and Setra Sensors, either located close to the point of measurement or via pneumatic tubing back to the instrumentation panel.

C02

CO2 levels are measured within incubators using industry standard Vaisala sensors.
