Pharmagraph Enhances iVAS Air Sampler with Support for 25 lpm Flow Rates

Pharmagraph is pleased to announce a significant upgrade to its innovative iVAS active air sampler. The iVAS system now supports operation at 25 litres per minute (lpm), delivering increased flexibility and extended sampling durations for customers working in compliance with the EU GMP Annex 1 regulations for sterile manufacturing environments.

Meeting the demands of Annex 1, Pharmagraph has enabled the iVAS to operate at 25 lpm, allowing clients to sample 1m³ of air over 40 minutes instead of the standard 10 minutes at 100 lpm.

When combined with independent third-party data showing that the iVAS can effectively support 400% oversampling (i.e., up to 4m³ of air) without compromising microbial growth support, this upgrade enables sampling durations of over 2.5 hours per plate.
